Due to the Congressional actions of the Republican led House of Representatives, as of Thursday, February 13,2014, Part I of the Moratorium Proposition that is being introduced by the Capitol Hill National Caucus (CHNC), Los Angeles, considered the Sanctuary City capital of the United States, thank GOD, is now suddenly, reality
It is not certain whether it was caused by the lobby of CHNC, or inadvertently, is irrelevant as what we have desired has by Divine Providence manifested itself, clearing the way for Part II, the more popular task. This portion is considered more popular, because it is truly benign, even welcoming and transcending all political factions, regardless of their differences in other issues,
Part I called for all official, Congressional deliberations on comprehensive immigration reform (CIR) to temporarily cease, that is to moratorium the matter, until…Part II is reality, even as Part I.
Part II as moratorium is implemented, Congress (House and Senate) conducts full investigations and hearing to determine its effects, for better or worse, upon the descendants of chattel slaves and Jim Crow survivors, i.e., African-Americans, Negroes, Coloreds, Niggras, etc.
No Rejections To Investigative Research and Hearings
In light of this, we are confident that all Americans of willing immigrant heritage (legally or undocumented), will demonstrate their appreciation of their fellows who made it possible for them to exist peacefully in the United States, supporting Part II.
This is especially poignant of the various “minority” movements which gained their inspiration and strength from original Civil Rights struggles of the descendants of chattel slaves and Jim Crow survivors. By the way, a struggle that is far from completion or reality.
This Proposition now provides Americans an opportunity to finally unite this divided house-nation of immigrants itself around the singular cause that is capable of holding this miraculous Republican Union together as one.
Indeed, Abraham Lincoln soon discovered that factor in the middle of the Civil War, that according to the Declaration of Independence, if the chattel slaves and their descendants perish, the United States will do likewise. Note, the Gettysburg Address
Also note: “…for many of our white brothers…have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.” MLK Jr.
This Congressional action can help to meet the challenges set forth by the Democratic Party led, House and Senate Apology Resolutions For Slavery and Jim Crow, as well as the Senate Resolution Apology For Lynching.
Therefore, we are thankful the Creator as identified in the Declaration of Independence, that this door has opened to us.
We simply have to proceed forward as the opening piece is now, suddenly in place.
Thank you and Agape-Shalom ~
